Our Commitment

At TrackVeda, we believe in radical transparency. We help you track habits, trades, and money — but your financial and personal data belongs to you. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our all-in-one platform.

           Core principle: Never sell your data. Never misuse your trading or spending patterns. Privacy by design.
        

Information We Collect

To provide powerful habit, trade, and expense tracking, we collect the following minimal data:

Account info Name, email, profile preferences

Habit logs Daily streaks, check-ins, custom goals

Trading records Portfolio entries, P&L, asset tracking

Financial data Expenses, budgets, income categorization

We also collect technical data (device type, app version, crash logs) to improve performance. No sensitive payment information is stored directly — all premium payments are processed via secure third parties (Stripe/Apple Pay).

How We Use Your Data

Your data powers insights and helps you master your finances and habits:

Generate personalized analytics and progress reports.
Send smart reminders for habits or trade opportunities (optional).
Sync across your devices with end‑to‑end encryption.
Anonymized aggregate data to improve our AI insights (never individually identifiable).

We do not share your individual trading or expense data with any third party for marketing or advertising.

Data Protection & Security

TrackVeda uses bank‑grade encryption (AES‑256 for stored data, TLS 1.3 for transmission). All sensitive information is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure clouds (AWS/GCP) with regular audits.

           Your control: You can export or delete all your data anytime from Settings → Privacy. Deletion is permanent within 24 hours.
        

Sharing & Third Parties

We only share data when necessary to operate the app or comply with law:

Service providers: Cloud hosting, crash analytics (Firebase), email notifications. They are bound by strict confidentiality.
Legal compliance: If required by law or to prevent fraud.
Business transfers: In case of merger/acquisition, your data remains protected under this policy.

TrackVeda never sells or rents personal data. No third‑party advertising networks have access to your habits or finances.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Export a copy of your data (JSON/CSV).
Request account deletion — permanently erase habits, trades, and money logs.
Opt-out of non‑essential communications.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@trackveda.com or use the in-app privacy center. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies & Local Storage

Our web dashboard uses essential cookies for authentication and preferences. No tracking cookies. Mobile app uses local storage for offline mode; all data is encrypted on your device.

Children's Privacy

TrackVeda is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a parent and believe your child has used our services, please contact us to remove information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. We'll notify you via in-app notification or email for material changes. Your continued use of TrackVeda after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
